CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT DISCLOSURE
This statement is provided in accordance with the requirements of the California Civil Code Section 1714.43, also known as the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (the “Act”).
As a metal forming, coating and decorating company, American Trim believes its supply chain is not inherently susceptible to violations of slavery and human trafficking laws. Because of this, there are no formal standards or verification processes for suppliers or vendors within the product supply chains to evaluate and address risks noted in the Act. American Trim currently performs no: verification of product supply chains to evaluate compliance with the Act; audit of suppliers or vendors to evaluate compliance with the Act; supplier or vendor compliance certification; internal accountability standard for employees or contractors; or training of company employees and management on such issues.
While American Trim has not undertaken action with the intent of specifically addressing the Act, American Trim recognizes and respects all labor and employment laws, including those addressing slavery and human trafficking, wherever American Trim operates.
